You contribute to high-stakes missions: strategic framing, definition of Data & AI trajectories, governance, program transformation pilotage and change management;

Within the SBT Hub, the strategy does not stop at recommendations: we design and deploy concrete, industrializable solutions that truly transform client practices and uses.

Your new challenges for this position

As a Product Owner or Data and AI Project Manager, you will be involved in:

• Identifying, exploring and formalizing data use cases in line with business needs
• Leading participatory workshops using design thinking tools to foster the emergence of new ideas and convergence towards a solution
• Accompanying clients in the implementation of data devices (implementation, use of data as a lever to bring value) from framing and construction of MVPs to production
• Identifying innovations to integrate, anticipating technological evolutions, being a force of proposal on new products
• Ensuring communication and governance with different stakeholders (vision, progress, budget, risks, problems)
• Building data analyses in connection with feature teams and business

Depending on your seniority, you will be involved in:

• Managing collaborators or teams, in the context of your missions and internal projects
• Becoming the reference for one or more collaborators
• Developing new offers, in connection with your expertise or cross-functional
• Identifying commercial opportunities and developing your client accounts

Your profile and the expertises you wish to develop

• You are a graduate of a top business school and/or an engineering school
• You have between 2 and 8 years of experience, including significant experience in consulting
• You master one or more data tools/languages (GCP, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python)
• You know the issues and tools of generative AI
• You have an appetite for new digital uses (bots, social networks, design)
• You practice professional English

Our recruitment process:

• First exchange with Julie BALMER: discovery of your background and professional project (duration: 30 min)

• Second interview with an Associate or Leader*: focus on mindset and evaluation of know-how (duration: 1 hour)

• Third interview with a Leader or Leader + Associate*: test on skills with potentially a case study (duration: 1 hour)

• Fourth interview with a Leader or Partner*: validation of your integration and fit with the group culture + sharing of current missions. (duration: 1 hour)

* We prefer face-to-face interviews for a better recruitment experience and a more convivial exchange
