Job Title

The Client Information System Application User Support Team ensures the functional operation of customer software and provides support to users.

• Conduct training workshops with the business and the integrator, proposing the most appropriate application solutions for identified use cases
• Align with the cross-functional vision of processes to ensure project coherence and identify impacts on existing processes and organizations
• Consolidate the estimated global project cost and submit it to the business direction for arbitration
• Formalize the expression of need for the integrator
• Answer all integrator questions during training and design workshops
• Challenge and validate the integrator's proposed solution (relevance, conformity to scope, impacts, costing…)
• Consolidate the schedule based on various IT schedules
• Validate the detailed functional specifications delivered by the integrator
• Prepare and lead the follow-up and steering instances of your project in coordination with IT/business project managers
• Monitor and manage the project from start to finish until production in coordination with various IT applicative project managers
• Supervise developments (and/or configurations of software) on functional aspects and study change requests formulated during the project
• Manage alerts
• Present evolutions and projects to IT and business teams
• IT support for business acceptance tests
