Your Role

Support expert and operational readiness

• Handle technical requests and incidents related to storage and backup infrastructures
• Ensure the operational readiness of storage, backup, and restoration environments
• Provide expert support to internal users and clients of the infrastructures
• Intervene on incidents, problems, and changes in production

• Participate in evolution projects of storage and backup platforms
• Participate in infrastructure evolution projects, technical migrations, and data transfers
• Contribute to the adaptation of technical architectures according to capacity, performance, resilience, and backup needs
• Ensure the proper execution of backup, restoration, and recovery mechanisms associated with managed environments

• Propose tools, scripts, or methods to make the operation of storage and backup environments more reliable and optimized
• Identify improvement paths in terms of performance, availability, operational efficiency, and standardization
• Participate in the continuous improvement of operational practices, monitoring, and data security

Technical skills

• Proven expertise in Dell/EMC storage infrastructures, particularly VMAX and PMAX
• Mastery of Cisco SAN environments
• Good knowledge of Pure Storage solutions
• Knowledge of block storage architectures in critical environments
• Proven experience with data backup and protection solutions such as Net Backup, Veeam, or Commvault
• Skills in scripting/automation with Python
