Consulting Strategy In A Digital World

Tasmane is an alternative consulting firm focused on strategy in a digital world. As a custom artisan, we can qualify as the "sparring partner" of executives, accompanying them in clarifying their vision and implementing major transformations in their organizations.

We work with executives to:

• Define their strategy
• Accompany them in the formalization and implementation of transformations in their organizations
• Activate with their teams the innovative and effective levers (on processes, IT, management modes …)

With an engineering profile, having at least 5 years of experience, and solid theoretical and practical knowledge of architecture on enterprise, business, application, data, and infrastructure levels. You have implemented these knowledges on different projects, of varying sizes and complexities. You are able to:

• Define and evolve complex IT architectures, taking into account client business imperatives as well as technical impacts and state-of-the-art practices
• Develop convictions on architecture transformations, as well as on trajectories and methodologies adapted to their implementations
• Collaborate, as a team, with stakeholders of varied profiles, and with heterogeneous levels of knowledge on architecture subjects, in a pedagogical approach
• Have the ability to clearly convey your work orally and in writing, both to high-level management clients and to operational staff

Having already worked in agile teams, having practiced Dev Ops approaches are a plus. Holding a TOGAF type certification is also appreciated.

You will be likely to intervene on all of our missions and for all our clients. For each mission, you will contribute to all operational activities (workshop facilitation, reflections, production of deliverables…) in direct contact with the client. You will develop your skills in taking perspective and synthesis, but will also need to show creativity, proactivity, and relational skills. You may be likely to supervise junior profiles and participate in the commercial process (pre-sales, sales).

In addition, a mentorship system will allow you to benefit from regular and cross-functional follow-up by a manager or director, who will accompany you in your skill development, the increasing autonomy on your missions, and more broadly in the formalization of your career plan and the implementation of the means to achieve it. Tasmane has obtained the "Valorization of Skills" Label from Consult'in France.

Finally, you can invest beyond the missions, in an entrepreneurial spirit, whether in commerce, communication, knowledge formalization and sharing, or recruitment.
