Join the Smart Business Transformation (SBT) Hub of Onepoint, the collective dedicated to supporting major strategic transformations through data and AI.

We intervene at the heart of the decisions of general, business, and IT directions to transform operating models, processes, and management modes, making AI a concrete lever for sustainable performance.

You contribute to high-stakes missions: strategic framing, definition of data and AI trajectories, governance, program management of transformation, and change management.

Within the SBT Hub, the strategy does not stop at recommendations: we design and deploy concrete, industrializable solutions that truly transform practices and uses on the client side.

Onepoint invests heavily in the upskilling of its consultants, particularly on the issues of generative and agentic AI, applied to real, industrializable, and differentiating use cases.

Your new challenges for this position

Do you want to engage in our clients' key projects?

As a PMO, your mission consists of:

• Living large projects and programs on a daily basis, ensuring the coordination of actors, the transmission of information and key indicators, the animation of steering instances, and decision-making.
• Adding maximum value to this position: beyond the production of indicators and documents, play a support role to project teams, help solve problems, and identify weak signals.
• Taking advantage of all technological assets: AI, data, market tools, to automate or reduce low-value tasks and focus on the core.
• Acting as a consultant by diagnosing the functioning of projects and embedding them in continuous improvement and making them sustainable in client organizations.
• Capitalizing on your lived experiences and sharing your best practices to grow our collective.

Your profile and the expertise you wish to develop

• You are a graduate from a business school, engineering school, or university and have initial experience in a consulting firm.
• You are fluent in French and English.
• Autonomous and proactive, you are a force of proposal.
• You have a genuine sense of client relations and are accustomed to working in an agile environment.

Our recruitment process:

· First exchange: discovery of your background and professional project (duration: 30 min)

· Second interview with an Associate or Leader*: focus on mindset and evaluation of savoir-être (duration: 1 hour)

· Third interview with a Leader or Leader + Associate*: test on skills with potentially a case study (duration: 1 hour)

· Fourth interview with a Leader or Partner*: validation of your integration and fit with the group culture + sharing of current missions. (duration: 1 hour)
