• We intervene at the heart of the decisions of general, business, and IT management to transform operating models, processes, and management modes, making AI a concrete lever for sustainable performance.

• You contribute to high-stakes missions: strategic framing, definition of data and AI trajectories, governance, program management of transformation, and change management;

• Within the SBT Hub, the strategy does not stop at recommendations: we design and deploy concrete, industrializable solutions that truly transform client practices and uses.

• Onepoint invests heavily in the upskilling of its consultants, particularly on the issues of generative and agentic AI, applied to real, industrializable, and differentiating use cases.

Your new challenges for this position:

• Analyze client needs to propose solutions adapted to the new challenges of retail banking, particularly in terms of everyday banking and credit granting.

• Design and implement digital transformation strategies, integrating innovative payment solutions (mobile payment, contactless, blockchain) and developing digital banking services.

• Improve the customer relationship by offering personalized experiences, facilitated by the integration of open banking to provide an overview of financial services.

• Accompany the deployment of new banking offers, working in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimize the customer experience and the performance of the proposed solutions.

• Ensure technological and regulatory vigilance to follow the evolutions of the banking sector and adapt strategies according to market trends and requirements.

Your profile and the expertise you wish to develop:

• Profiles sought with at least 2 years of experience in consulting

Required skills:

• Good knowledge of retail banking and digital transformation issues

• Project management of transformations: planning, monitoring, and following up on results

• Strong analytical and synthesis spirit, with the ability to formulate strategic recommendations

• AI: experience desired, ideally in Agentic AI

Our recruitment process:

• First exchange with Marie DUPONT-BLIECQ: discovery of your background and professional project (duration: 30 min)

• Second interview with a Leader or Leader + Associate*: test on skills with potentially a case study (duration: 1 hour)

• Third interview with an Associate or Leader*: focus on mindset and evaluation of know-how (duration: 1 hour)

• Fourth interview with a Leader or Partner*: validation of your integration and fit with the group culture + sharing of current missions. (duration: 1 hour)
