• We intervene at the heart of the decisions of general, business, and IT directions to transform operating models, processes, and management modes, making AI a concrete lever for sustainable performance.

• You contribute to high-stakes missions: strategic framing, definition of Data & AI trajectories, governance, program transformation pilotage, and change management;

• Within the SBT Hub, the strategy does not stop at recommendations: we design and deploy concrete, industrializable solutions that truly transform client practices and uses.

• Onepoint invests heavily in the upskilling of its consultants, particularly on the issues of generative and agentic AI, applied to real, industrializable, and differentiating use cases.

The Data & AI Project Manager leads data & AI products from end to end, aligning business vision, technical precision, and user adoption. You will pilot the conception, deployment, and governance of data and AI products with high business value. You ensure the delivery of operational, scalable data/IA solutions aligned with the client and Onepoint strategy, to deliver measurable value.

Your main missions:

• Definition of product vision and piloting of value:

  • Co-construction of the vision of data & AI products in connection with business issues / Functional and technical framing of projects: objectives, scope, risks.

  • Elaboration and prioritization of the product roadmap.

  • Definition and monitoring of KPIs of success and value creation.

• Orchestration of data & AI dimensions

  • Coordination of the involved expertise: data engineering, data science, architecture, MLOps, BI.

  • Translation of business needs into technical requirements understandable by teams.

  • Supervision of key aspects: data quality and governance, model performance, scalability.

• Piloting delivery and change management

  • Animation of agile rituals (Scrum, Kanban) and operational coordination of teams.

  • Management of planning, budget, risks, and client reporting.

  • Driving adoption: user support, documentation, training, and support.

  • Contribution to the continuous improvement of products and internal practices.

• Between 3 and 8 years of experience in project management in a consulting firm.

• Bac+5 (engineering school, university…) or equivalent by experience.

• Proven experience on projects involving data, AI, or data valorization.

• Fluency in French and English.

• Appreciable certifications: in data science, product management, project management (Scrum…).

• You are recognized for your analytical and synthesis abilities: to quickly understand business and technical issues.

• You have a product mindset: able to structure a product vision, prioritize, create value.

• You thrive in an Agile project environment: coordination, animation, follow-up of deliverables.

• You are a good communicator and pedagogue to popularize data/AI concepts to various audiences.

• You have a good mastery of the scopes:
  Data (BI, analytics, data management, data quality…) + AI (generative AI, NLP, machine learning…)

• First HR exchange: discussion on your wishes and motivation, presentation of the company (duration: 30 minutes, call, Teams, or in-person)
