Roles and Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into PEGA functional specifications, case designs, and user stories.
- Collaborate with PEGA architects and developers on workflows, case types, and rules.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support UAT, production readiness, and post‑implementation activities.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance standards, and enterprise practices.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Business Analyst background.
- Hands‑on experience as a PEGA Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of PEGA PRPC, case management, and workflows.
- Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) domain.
- Experience in large enterprise or regulatory environments.
- Exposure to onshore‑offshore delivery models.
