Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions to unify customer data across multiple sources and enable real-time insights, segmentation, and activation across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
Primary Responsibilities- Design Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and Data Model Objects (DMOs) in Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Build and manage data streams and ingestion pipelines from sources such as AWS, Azure, APIs, Mule Soft, and Salesforce Clouds.
- Configure identity resolution rules to create a unified 360 customer profile.
- Develop audience segmentation and activation strategies for personalized marketing and service use cases.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
- Lead Data Cloud implementations and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) or other Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
- Hands-on experience implementing customer data unification and identity resolution.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and data integration.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data mapping.
- Experience working with APIs and integration tools such as Mule Soft.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud architecture.
- Experience implementing data-driven marketing and personalization solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience implementing Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or enterprise data platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
