We intervene at the heart of the decisions of general, business, and IT management to transform operating models, processes, and management modes, making AI a concrete lever for sustainable performance.

You contribute to high-stakes missions: strategic framing, definition of Data & AI trajectories, governance, program transformation pilotage, and change management;

Within the SBT Hub, the strategy does not stop at recommendations: we design and deploy concrete, industrializable solutions that truly transform client practices and uses.

Onepoint invests heavily in the upskilling of its consultants, particularly on the issues of generative and agentic AI, applied to real, industrializable, and differentiating use cases.

Your new challenges for this position

We are looking for talents capable of evolving on three main axes:

• Business: you develop the activity of the firm and participate in the structuring and responses to calls for tenders by mobilizing your network, the cross-functional expertise within the company, account managers, and partners.

• Pilotage & Delivery: you ensure the direction of the project as well as the operational and economic pilotage of your missions.

• Corporate: you contribute to the Onepoint dynamic by sharing your expertise, growing the collective, and investing in the structuring and animation of the community through its many internal projects. You also participate in the company's rayonnement on the market.

This position is for you if:

• You are a graduate from a top business school and/or an engineering school

• You have between 7 and 15 years of experience with public sector actors (Ministry, local authority, etc.) within a consulting firm

• You have a mastery of key methods and deliverables (Design of conception, Specification, Study of functional, organizational, or technical impacts, Design of organization, Formalization of process, …)

• A very good knowledge of the Public Sector and one or more associated support function(s) (HR Information System, Payroll Information System, Purchasing Information System, Financial Information System), particularly for local authorities

Our recruitment process:

• First exchange: discovery of your background and professional project (duration: 30 min)

• Second interview with an Associate or Leader*: focus on the state of mind and evaluation of know-how (duration: 1 hour)

• Third interview with a Leader or Leader + Associate*: test on skills with potentially a case study (duration: 1 hour)

• Fourth interview with a Partner*: validation of your integration and fit with the group culture + sharing of current missions. (duration: 1 hour)

* We prefer face-to-face interviews for a better recruitment experience and a more convivial exchange
