The AI Build practice supports companies from all sectors in the design and development of custom web applications. Used to intervening within existing IT ecosystems, we integrate our solutions with imposed tools - ERP, CRM, complex business platforms - and know how to effectively integrate into the systems developed by our clients.

You manage a team of Lead Product Managers (LPM) and Product Managers (PM) distributed across different projects. You are responsible for their careers, their progression, and the success of their delivery.

You join the Group PM team, with whom you share a weekly dedicated to advancing together on management, the structuring of the practice, and the development of talents.

As a Delivery Director, you have two complementary responsibilities: growing your PM/LPM and ensuring the success of their delivery.

• Accompany your PM/LPM on their projects: follow their delivery, help them unblock situations, give them regular and demanding feedback in a logic of progression.
• Be responsible for their careers: build with each a clear progression plan and project them on their next steps, both with the client and at Theodo.
• Lead the annual evaluations of your team, by objectifying the progress and setting ambitious and achievable objectives.

• Secure the success of the projects of your scope: quality, deadlines, and value creation for the client as well as for the teams.

• Contribute to staffing: participate in the allocation decisions and the adequacy between the talents and the needs of the projects.
• Animate the collective times (all-hands, practice rituals) to strengthen team cohesion and dynamics.
• Participate in pre-sales to grow the portfolio of the practice and open new opportunities.

• Training provided by an experienced Group PM, to gain skills in the management posture and the structuring of the practice.
• Integration into the team of Group PM, with a dedicated weekly to advance collectively and find support daily.

• Graduate of a major engineering school, with more than 8 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in product management (Senior PM / Lead PM / Head of Product) in a startup, ESN or consulting firm
• Ability to carry the delivery of complex projects: quality, deadlines, value creation.
• Relational and client ease: create a trusting relationship, exchange with top management interlocutors, manage sensitive situations with calm and clarity.
• Strong skills in feedback and management: active listening, ability to challenge and deliver demanding feedback in a logic of collective progression.
