As a Consultant AI, you play a key role in the data & AI transformation of our clients. You accompany them in defining and implementing their strategy, creating a strong link between business, technological and business objectives.

You will work in a collaborative environment, alongside multidisciplinary teams (business, IT, data), with a common goal: to make AI a concrete lever for performance, innovation and transformation. You act as a true "AI Translator", capable of deeply understanding technical solutions, while translating them into use cases, ROI and measurable impact for clients.

From strategic reflection to production and change support, you work on varied projects with a strong impact, while contributing to the adoption of solutions by users. Your objective: to make AI a concrete lever for performance, innovation and transformation on a large scale.

You have an appetite for areas such as NLP, computer vision, tabular data or time series. Sectoral expertise (Finance, Health, Public Sector or Defense) is an additional asset.

Your missions:

• Define and pilot data & AI strategies aligned with business issues and KPIs
• Identify high ROI use cases and design transformation roadmaps
• Pilot end-to-end AI projects (framing, POC, MVP, industrialization)
• Design, in collaboration with technical experts, robust and scalable data & AI architectures (Cloud, APIs, LLMs)
• Accompany the deployment of solutions and ensure their governance, security and performance
• Collaborate with business, IT and data teams to ensure project success
• Contribute to pre-sales, commercial development and customer relationship
• Conduct active technological surveillance and promote innovation (AI frameworks, dev tools)
• Reference on delivery playbooks by sectors, best practices.
• Represent the company with clients, partners and at events

You work on varied topics:

• AI Strategy & Transformation: definition of vision, roadmap and governance
• Generative AI & LLMs: integration of solutions (RAG, copilots, AI agents)
• Value & ROI: construction of business cases and measurement of impact
• Partnerships and Communication: contribution to key partner events (Nvidia, Mistral, …)

Your profile:

• 3 to 8 years of experience in data, AI, consulting or digital transformation
• Comfortable in client environments, with good communication skills (FR & EN)
• Good understanding of AI/ML/GenAI technologies and data & cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Ability to translate business needs into concrete solutions and to popularize technical subjects
• Analytical, structured mindset with an impact orientation
• Teamwork and collaboration spirit
• Curious, proactive, with a strong interest in innovation
• General understanding of data environments (API, microservices, Big Data…)

• Deliver projects (Scrum certification)
