For our Paris-based subsidiary PALO IT LABS, fully focused on developing our Gen-e2 methodology, you will use cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate development cycles and drive innovation.

As a key team member, you will lead high-impact, AI-driven engineering initiatives and transformation programs from discovery to delivery. You will be responsible for technical excellence, team skill development, and client success, ensuring each project aligns with the Gen-e2 speed-to-impact model.

Your soft skills will help you build or be part of a high-performing team that consistently exceeds expectations by effectively combining human expertise and AI capabilities.

As a Gen-e2 Coach, your mission is both internal and external:

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and product teams, delivering large-scale, AI-driven, cloud-native solutions integrating Dev Sec Ops .

• Define technical strategy—accompanying clients in the transformative adoption of fully AI-driven delivery models.

• Conduct technical analyses, define solution architectures, and conduct client workshops to define project technical approaches.

• Implement Gen-e2 best practices—from product repository artifacts to AI prompt libraries for coding standards, architecture, and security compliance.

• Train and coach client teams on Gen-e2, enabling them to adopt AI-driven ways of working and embed them in their culture.

• Support organizations in scaling Gen-e2—creating strategies and frameworks for enterprise-wide adoption.

• Drive productivity and quality—leveraging AI to generate the majority of artifacts while applying rigorous review and validation processes.

• Cultivate an AI-First engineering culture—mentoring teams to master AI-First ways of working in research, design, prototyping, backlog creation, and code generation.

• Continuously experiment with practices and improve our delivery approach—leveraging the latest AI capabilities, tools, and patterns to push the boundaries of product engineering.

• Engage stakeholders—ensuring delivery at least 50% faster than client expectations.

• You have proven leadership in engineering/consulting and have coached teams and enabled clients in agile demanding environments.

• You have a strong foundation in software engineering, design/architecture, and can transition from discovery to delivery with a sense of impact.

• You have expertise in AI code assistants (Copilot, Cursor…) and prompt engineering, and a desire to reinvent an AI-first SDLC measured (DORA, quality, SLOs).

• You have expertise in cloud & platform (AWS/Azure, GCP+), serverless, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform/CDK), CI/CD, trunk-based, observability (OTel, Prom/Grafana), and security by design.
