To support the growth of our activity in this sector, we are looking for Consultants. You join a team of consultants who intervene on:
• strategic studies, management, organization and piloting advice, project management and change management on the transformation and digitalization programs of the design, monitoring and construction of industrial projects
• Identification of business opportunities, framing and needs collection, prioritization and expression of needs on the 3D modeling activities of civil engineering elements or general installation equipment, laser survey solutions for point cloud reconstruction, modeling of piping supports, metal structures, as well as BIM tools, calculations and control command
• Lean and automation optimization (RPA, AI) of processes You implement our know-how in the context of innovative and agile approaches. You have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of the firm through:
• Involvement in our expertise communities (Digital, Customer Experience, Innovation, Smart and IoT, Data, Operational Excellence…) where you participate in different cross-functional projects (publications, benchmarks, fairs…),
• Involvement in prospecting and participation in the elaboration of commercial proposals,

With a higher education degree BAC +5 (Business School and/or Engineering School, University), you have successful first experience in a management consulting firm and/or final client of at least 3-4 years. You show listening, curiosity and good interpersonal skills. You are able to think outside the box, to imagine tomorrow's solutions. You are:

- interested in the energy sector, its main actors and stakeholders.

- aware of the challenges of the energy world (climatic, economic and social challenges) and wish to deepen your knowledge of this sector.
