After a period of training, you will have the opportunity to work, once integrated into one of our teams, in the public sector, within ministries, agencies, or public institutions or local authorities.

Your arrival is an essential contribution to the achievement of the following challenges:

• You will support the client in the project conception phase by collecting and analyzing their needs and then translate them through the writing of functional specifications and/or specifications.
• You will ensure the deployment of the solution (plan of transition, setting up of support, …).
• You will support your client at the project level and the different actors and ensure the animation of the steering committees (budgetary pilot and project follow-up).
• You will ensure the link between the technical teams and the business.
• You will verify the conformity of the solution in the acceptance phase by performing tests to validate the developed solution (acceptance strategy, support and execution of the acceptance).
• You will ensure the assistance in the deployment of the project by declining a strategy of efficient change management through targeted communication, an adapted training plan to the needs of the users…
• You will know how to identify the latest market trends and new solutions.

• You have a BAC+5 degree (business school, engineering school or university).
• You are a recent graduate and you wish to invest in the development of our consulting offer and participate in the conception of major transformation projects with our clients.
• You have developed functional and/or technical skills in the digital field or you have an interest in the subject.
• You are connected to the world around us and with a constant desire to learn.
• Through your journey, you have developed rigor, autonomy, and teamwork!
• You are or you wish to be an actor of the evolution of public services, focused on the user, effective, agile, supportive and inclusive.
