Our client has recently updated outdated Tufin machines and wants to configure an additional module:
Secure Change and interface it with their ITSM (Service Now). They also want reporting available in their web tool Power Bi based on the Tufin API. (exports preferably in powershell). The Tufin application is configured on-premise on Tufin appliances (T-820-worker nodes and T1220-data node) in Aurora. The objective is also to support the implementation of high availability and the addition of the AWS perimeter.

Expected Deliverables In the scope of this service, the provider will have the mission to:

• Establish workflows with Safran for the following requests:
• Opening/closing of network flows
• Updates of security groups on equipment
• Verifications of network flows
• Extract of rules for a given application/service
• Interface these workflows with the group's ITSM (Service Now) and the Secure Change module of Tufin.
• Provide exports based on the Tufin API. The goal is to build KPIs (number of requests per day/week, number of modified rules, number of objects, number of duplicated objects) and build these PowerBI reports based on these exports.
• Implement the migration of Tufin RUN to a dedicated team Run N-1 and N-2 currently supported by N-3 experts. Writing of operational documents, decision tree, help in writing service offers such as: creation of account, request for export, etc.
• Support our client in the operation of the Secure Track module by proposing improvements and/or best practices from the publisher.
• Support the addition of AWS network equipment on Tufin.

Deliverables:

• The workflows (preferably under MS Visio)
• The documents requested by the SNOW team for the interfacing of the two applications (containing the name of the fields of the Secure Change forms, for example) of the type interface contract
• The operation guides of Secure Change and Secure Track intended for the RUN N-1 and N-2 team in word and pdf format.
• The exports (including the/the script/scripts) and the reports for the KPIs under PowerBI
• Training support for network expert N-1/2/3 references (under PPT)

All documents (except against indication) must be written in French AND English. The above services must be carried out from 01/03/2024 and end no later than 30/09/2024.

The experienced consultant(s) must demonstrate:

• One or more Tufin Aurora certifications: imperative
• They must also have knowledge in Linux administration, API exploitation and ideally Power BI.
• Knowledge of API calls on the ITSM Service Now tool would be appreciated.
• Fluent spoken English imperative
