FICS is looking for an enthusiastic Web Applications System Support team member to help customers navigate the online mortgage process. This role is the frontline for web applications support and directly impacts customers’ operations.
You will communicate with customers by phone and email, train users on the FICS software, lead product webinars and conference presentations, and assist in testing the software for quality assurance.
