As a Solution Architect AI Modernisation, you are the technical counterpart of the sales team on complex sales cycles. Your mission: to design ingenious migration strategies that reassure both the IT department and the business, and win deals thanks to your technical legitimacy and your strategic partner stance.

Technical Qualification and Relationship with Client Referents

• Technically qualify incoming leads: code volume, dependencies, compliance constraints, internal AI maturity of the client
• Conduct exchanges with IT directors, CISOs, CTOs, and architects by creating trust through your competence and assertiveness
• Identify structuring client preferences: security, performance, target stack, constraints on the existing system, authorized LLMs (Claude Code, on-prem models…)

Technical Solution Design

• Design an ingenious migration strategy: incremental trajectory (strangler pattern, risk isolation), choice of target stack, integration of AI coding tools to accelerate code understanding and transpilation
• Produce differentiating deliverables: architecture diagrams, ADR, POC to show to the prospect to close
• Keep up with the latest trends in modernization patterns, LLMs, and AI coding tools

Estimation and Defense of the Proposal

• Estimate based on technical complexity and client budget, identifying risk and complexity zones
• Support the proposal to a demanding business client and IT director, justifying value by the cost of inaction, time-to-market, and revenue security

Transition to Delivery

• Help the sales team plan the delivery by defining the teams to staff
• Ensure the transition to the delivery teams at the start of projects and provide technical after-sales support

• Health Hero:
  European leader in telemedicine, which wants to modernize its French Qare platform in view of a merger with the UK platform. Migration from Loopback2 to Nest for upgrading Node 10 to Node 20. Thanks to our AI-accelerated method, we go from an estimated 70 weeks without AI to a completed migration in 21 weeks, accelerating delivery speed by three times.
• Pernod Ricard: modernization of an internal marketing campaign management application with millions of euros  23 weeks, complete migration from Vue/Express to React/Nest with pragmatic rewrite, and connection to their new ERP, previously impossible without the migration.
