Chanel HR Operations Transformation Intern

This position places you at the heart of the transformation of HR Operations at CHANEL, within the People Solutions France team (SIRH). You will be involved in the management and follow-up of global projects and deployments in France in relation to data: notably the development of data visualization dashboards, improvement of data quality tools (transition to new technologies), KPIs.

You will be working across teams with HR, IT, as well as internal and external partners, and will be in regular interaction with global teams and local entities/Divisions. You will report to the Head of People Solutions France and work directly with our HR Data Expert.

This internship position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, starting in September for a duration of 12 to 24 months. Occasional travel is expected.

Your impact at CHANEL

Your main missions will be:

• Contribute to the production of indicators for the management of the team's activity and various areas of HR Operations.
• Participate in the development of Power BI dashboards from the needs gathering phase, through realization, testing, and deployment.
• Take part in the collection, analysis, and reliability of HR data.
• Participate in the elaboration of the remediation plan and corrections of anomalies.
• Accompany the DATA expert in the monitoring of activities.

• Accompany the DATA expert in the use and optimization of solutions (control of remuneration data, notifications in the context of salary increase campaigns, control matrices of database…)
• Participate in the dissemination of global solutions and propose adaptations to the specificities of France

• Participate in the deployment of new projects in France, within the established roadmap, in connection with global teams and other France actors, specifically on the Data dimension.
• Accompany the team in the different stages of projects: needs gathering, tests, communication, and documentation.

What you will bring

• Master's degree or engineering school, with a specialization in Data,
• Pronounced interest in transformation, data, and AI
• Comfort with digital tools, first experience with an HR/Finance solution would be a plus,
• Taste for teamwork,
• Rigor, curiosity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, Python
• Fluent in English
