Your new challenges for this position:

You will be responsible for the vision, coherence, and success of the Data Platform program: defining the roadmap, prioritizing projects, and managing budgets and risks.

Your mission: design and orchestrate the implementation of cloud-scalable data platforms (multi-cloud or primary cloud) and lead the migration of on-premises solutions to the cloud while ensuring continuity, security, and cost control.

You will drive the organizational transformation: adoption of best practices in Data Ops & Platform Engineering, upskilling teams, and cross-functional governance.

You will be involved in the following missions among others:

• Define the strategy and roadmap of data programs for our clients (technical roadmap, milestones, KPIs, budget).
• Build the operating model of the platform (roles, responsibilities, run/ops, SLO/SLA) and governance processes (data, security, compliance).
• Organize and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, infra/cloud, data engineers, data scientists, delivery leads, partners).
• Pilot migration waves (impact analysis, migration plan, cutover, rollback, tests, and validation).
• Define platform standards and patterns (IaC, CI/CD, automation, observability, security by design).
• Manage relationships with cloud providers and partners/vendors/integrators.
• Supervise operational follow-up: performance, reliability, cloud costs, and continuous optimization.
• Implement success indicators (adoption, latency, cost per pipeline, failure rate, time-to-delivery) and report to management.

Your profile and the expertise you wish to develop:

• Proven experience (8+ years) in leading technical programs or managing data/cloud projects, ideally with large-scale cloud migrations.
• Very good understanding of modern data architectures (data lake, lakehouse, data warehouse, streaming, batch ingestion) and the issues of governance and security.
• Proven experience in leading multi-team, strategic arbitration, and change management.
• Mastery of Agile/Lean methodologies and governance frameworks (e.g., SAFe, ITIL adapted to cloud/platform).
• Recognized communication skills and the ability to animate ecosystems (C-level, business, IT, suppliers).
• You wish to strengthen your skills in Platform Engineering, cloud cost optimization, Data Mesh, and orchestration of multi-cloud teams.
