In the context of its growth and the acceleration of its activities related to agentic AI, Converteo is recruiting an AI Product Builder.

At Converteo, we consider the AI Product Builder as the main actor in the transformation of business operations. At the crossroads between product management and creative engineering, this role is key to realizing the promise of AI: moving from theory to immediate operational impact.

As an AI Product Builder, you will be at the heart of the transformation through AI, both for our clients and for the firm's internal processes. This position is directly part of the dynamics of our strategic partnerships, particularly with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) around the Gemini Enterprise offer (formerly Agent Space).

You will join a team of passionate experts to design, prototype, and industrialize solutions that automate and enhance business processes.

We are looking for a "maker" profile with a strong product sensitivity:

• Product profile: you have proven experience in product management or product design, with an obsession for solving user problems.
• Technical mastery No/Low Code: you have a deep and demonstrable mastery of the tools of the modern AI & automation ecosystem. The expected stack includes (but is not limited to) Dust, Lovable, Lang Chain, Zapier/Make, etc.
• Hacker and creative spirit: you know how to overcome technical constraints to deliver value quickly. You master the art of prompt engineering and the assembly of technological building blocks.
• Business understanding: ability to understand the strategic issues of a consulting firm and its clients to propose relevant solutions.
• Pedagogy: ability to explain complex concepts and to accompany change with non-technical teams.
• Agility: familiarity with agile methods and iterative mode (Test & Learn).

Our recruitment process:

• A qualification call with our recruitment team.
• A "soft skills" interview with a manager and our recruiter (1 hour).
• A "hard skills" interview (including potentially a case study or demo of your achievements) with two leads (2 hours).
• A final interview with a partner (45 minutes).
