Internship Opportunity At Dis Sécurité
Paris School of Technology & Business, an innovative school in tech and business, is looking for an intern to support the manager at its partner company, Dis Sécurité, in the field of security.
Missions:
Diagnostic and repair:
Identify hardware/software malfunctions on computers (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Replace defective components (motherboard, RAM, hard drive, screen, etc.).
Reinstall/configure operating systems and software.
Management of interventions:
- Take charge of customer requests (in workshop or on-site).
- Follow up on after-sales service tickets via a management software (GLPI, Zendesk, etc.).
- Write intervention reports.
Technical support:
- Advise customers on best practices for use.
- Keep up with technological trends in new hardware/software.
Stock management:
- Order spare parts if necessary.
- Manage equipment under warranty.
Profile:
We are looking for a profile for an internship lasting 1 or 2 years to prepare for a BTS SIO option SISR (Information Technology Services option System and Network Infrastructure Solutions) or equivalent.
Your qualities:
You are known for your relational, oral and written skills and your sense of service.
You are curious, proactive and you like to take initiatives.
You are comfortable with computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Windows, iOS).
