In the context of the development of our Data platform, we are looking for an Analytics Engineer H/F capable of intervening on the entire value chain of data, from its ingestion to its restitution to business users.

Within a Data team covering Data Platform, Analytics and AI subjects, you will participate in the design, industrialization and continuous improvement of data flows to feed the different uses of the company.

You will work in proximity with many business teams (Supply Chain, Production, Finance, Quality, Logistics, etc.) to transform their needs into reliable, scalable and exploitable data solutions.

The position combines Build, Run and business support activities, in a strongly product-oriented approach.

Construct and evolve the Data platform

• Develop and maintain end-to-end data pipelines.
• Design and implement new data models.
• Create and integrate new tables within the platform.
• Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of data.
• Participate in the evolutions of the Data and Analytics architecture.
• Accompany the growth of the Microsoft Fabric platform.

Transform data into business assets

• Understand business processes and challenges.
• Collect and challenge user needs.
• Translate functional requirements into analytical solutions.
• Design data models adapted to use cases.
• Ensure clear and accessible documentation.
• Facilitate the adoption of data by business teams.

Industrialize the treatments

• Develop transformations with dbt Core.
• Implement best practices in software development.
• Automate data quality tests.
• Maintain CI/CD processes.
• Participate in deployments and continuous improvement of solutions.
• Optimize the performance and maintainability of pipelines.

Ensure support and continuous improvement

• Handle incidents and requests for evolution.
• Identify root causes of data problems.
• Implement long-lasting corrective actions.
• Participate in monitoring and observability activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Data processes.
