We are currently seeking an Account Services Specialist - ITSM, ITIL to join our team in Addison, Texas (US). This is a hybrid role, on-site at our client site 4 days/week with one day remote. Only local candidates will be considered.

Oversees, facilitates, and administers ITIL-based service support and/or technical account management in the coordination of incident ownership and client account management on a 24x7 basis.

• Manage and oversee service delivery processes, including incident, problem, request, change, service level, and configuration management, as well as resource coordination, client management, dispute and technical resolution management, and communications.
• Play a key role in continuous improvement activities in support of client.
• Compile, analyze and report statistical data and trends relating to service level compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Assist program or process development and implementation.

• 6+ years of experience in an Account Service role.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and principles; ITIL4 certification preferred.
• Holistic understanding of service management practices.
• Service Now experience.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.

-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $74,720 – $112,080. Actual compensation depends on candidate’s experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
