Our client, a leading organization in the data management and enterprise technology sector, is seeking a Data Stage Data Engineer (TX, NC, DE) to join their dynamic team. As a Data Stage Data Engineer (TX, NC, DE), you will be an integral part of the Data Engineering department supporting critical data transformation and integration initiatives. Job Title: Data Stage Data Engineer (TX, NC, DE)

Location: Addison, TX (On-site)

• Design, develop, and support enterprise‑scale data integration and transformation solutions.
• Migrate, optimize, and support critical data processing workloads to ensure scalability, resiliency, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to modernize data platforms and implement best practices.
• Support the 2026 Never Down Program and EOL technology migration involving IBM Cloud Pak for Data.
• Troubleshoot and perform performance tuning on data workflows to maintain data integrity and efficiency.

• 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Data Integration.
• Strong expertise with IBM Data Stage development and IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) v4.5.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL programming skills, with experience in Oracle and DB2 databases.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and data modeling.
• Excellent troubleshooting, performance tuning, and data validation skills.
