Within the Direction of Pedagogical Contents and School Teaching, and under the responsibility of the team leader, you will have three main missions:

Design pedagogical contents backed by a framework reference

• Monitor digital and pedagogical news

• Design a coherent pedagogical articulation (framework, progression…) resulting or not from an external needs survey

• Write engaging pedagogical contents in connection or not with experts (internal Pix and external)

• Integrate contents in the platform editor

• Participate in the elaboration of specifications for the creation of interactive simulators in connection with other Pix teams

Ensure the quality follow-up of pedagogical contents

• Synthesis and prioritization of user feedback

• Continuous evaluation and improvement of contents, notably through:

• Analysis of usage data (statistics, reports)

• Realization of user panels (observations, interviews, etc.)

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Pix product

• Contribute, alongside the agile development team, to the evolutions of Pix aimed at improving the user experience.

• Participate, with the agile development team, in the conception of evolutions intended to optimize internal processes and tools.

Job Type

Replacement, 1-year renewable CDD or provision for public service agents.

Degree and experience

You have significant experience in the design of digital training, in the digital or training fields.

By nature curious and creative, you have a very good digital culture.

Knowledge:

• Good level of mastery of digital skills (equivalent levels 5–6 on Pix)

• Practice of collaborative tools for project management and production (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

• Familiarity with development software (examples: Git Hub, Visual Studio Code) is a plus

• Experience or sensitivity to design tools (type Canva, Figma, etc.) and the creation of video contents would also be a plus

Skills:

• Writing qualities (analytical and synthetic spirit, very great rigor)

• Diplomacy sense

• Relational qualities and taste for teamwork

• Prioritization sense

• Good communication

• Constructive reception of criticism and force of proposal

• Intellectual / scientific rigor

• Autonomy in learning
