Location:

The I&DS Operational Data stores and Real-time data Replication team is seeking an experienced professional to design, develop, modernize, and support enterprise-scale data integration and transformation solutions. The role involves migrating, optimizing, and supporting critical data processing workloads while ensuring scalability, resiliency, performance, and data integrity.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Data Integration.
- Strong expertise in IBM Data Stage development.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) Version 4.5.
- Advanced SQL and PL/SQL programming skills.
- Strong experience with Oracle and DB2 database platforms.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in data transformation and data engineering.
- Significant experience with Data Modeling.
- Experience designing and supporting large-scale batch processing environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and data validation skills.
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with CDC (Change Data Capture) technologies.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
- Experience in a fast-paced Agile Development Environment.
- Experience with Cloud technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
- Familiarity with data replication, CDC, and real-time integration technologies.
- Experience supporting mission-critical financial or enterprise data platforms.
- Knowledge of data governance, SOX controls, and audit requirements.
- Any experience with Cockroach or MemSQL is a plus.
- Experience with Python-based scripting is a plus.
- Knowledge of Oracle Golden Gate is a plus.
- Knowledge of Git-Hub Copilot will be an added plus.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Design and develop data integration and transformation solutions.
- Migrate and optimize critical data processing workloads.
- Ensure scalability, resiliency, performance, and data integrity.
