Concentra is seeking a Support Specialist I to handle first-level IT support for colleagues, resolving hardware, software, and workflow issues. The role requires troubleshooting across Windows, O365, Citrix, AD, and healthcare apps, with a strong focus on customer service and documentation in ITSM tickets.
You'll work a rotating schedule including overnights, weekends, and holidays to support our 24x7x365 Solution Center. Onsite in Addison, TX with hybrid eligibility after successful training.
