HubSpot Administrator

• Own the onboarding experience for new hires across Sales, Marketing, and Operations
• Train and mentor team members on system functionality, workflows, and best practices
• Maintain and continuously improve SOPs as sales and marketing processes change
• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards covering pipeline, lead source, rep activity, conversion, and other key sales and marketing metrics
• Own data quality by maintaining custom properties, list segmentation, and pipeline/deal stage configuration

• 2–3 years of experience in a sales operations, marketing operations, or CRM administration role
• Hands‑on experience administering Hub Spot
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and its surrounding tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel)
• Solid working knowledge of sales and marketing processes and how they connect
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Data literacy and comfort working in spreadsheets (Excel) for reporting and analysis
• Project management versatility

Demonstrates expertise in onboarding processes, training, and mentoring within Sales and Marketing operations, while ensuring data quality and effective reporting through tools like Hub Spot and Microsoft 365.
