Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an IT Support & Operations Specialist for a rapidly growing healthcare services organization committed to expanding and modernizing its technology operations. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Addison, Texas.

Provide first-level technical support for Windows workstations, laptops, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, web browsers, Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity, and approved business applications while delivering exceptional customer service to approximately 150 corporate employees. Configure, deploy, provision, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, peripherals, user accounts, and endpoint devices while supporting employee onboarding, hardware lifecycle management, inventory tracking, equipment ordering, shipping, and asset management.
Coordinate the technology setup for newly onboarded clinical facilities across multiple states by determining equipment requirements, ordering and shipping hardware, configuring clinician devices, verifying printer and network connectivity, and working remotely with on-site facility contacts to ensure each location is fully operational before clinicians begin providing patient care. Manage support requests from initial intake through resolution or escalation by utilizing ticketing systems, maintaining accurate documentation, communicating proactively with end users, and helping strengthen help desk processes, documentation, and adoption of a structured ticketing environment.
Perform routine system maintenance, software installations, operating system updates, password resets, account provisioning, access management, basic endpoint support, and foundational security tasks including multi-factor authentication (MFA) configuration and security best practices. Contribute to the continued growth of the IT organization by improving onboarding procedures, support documentation, asset management, operational workflows, and overall IT support processes within a fast-paced, expanding environment.
Minimum 2+ years of professional IT Support, Desktop Support, Technical Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or End User Support experience. Hands-on experience supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, web browsers, VPN connectivity, Wi-Fi, hardware configuration, software installation, device deployment, endpoint support, and remote troubleshooting. Experience with user onboarding, account provisioning, password resets, access management, ticketing systems, remote support tools, IT asset management, inventory tracking, hardware ordering, shipping, and equipment lifecycle management.
Foundational understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wireless networking, VPN connectivity, basic security principles, multi-factor authentication (MFA), phishing awareness, and responsible user access management. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, organization, customer service, verbal communication, and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Experience contributing to process improvements, help desk operations, documentation, ticket ownership, and operational consistency within a growing IT environment is highly preferred.
Associate degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems, or a related field or an equivalent industry certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900).
