** Role Overview This position is for a Business Analyst who will serve as the primary interface with business partners, solution architects, and cross-organizational technology teams. The analyst will examine current processes and systems, evaluating the business model and its integration with technology. The role involves working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze issues, capture requirements, and collaborate with the development team to refine these into executable specifications within an Agile Scrum framework.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary interface with business partners to elicit requirements, document process flows, and define strategies for technical solutions.
* Analyze current processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
* Collaborate with the Product Owner to evaluate features, write user stories, and document business rules.
* Work with developers to ensure acceptance criteria for user stories are understood and applied, and review technical designs to identify enablers and dependencies.
* Document detailed functional and technical requirements for business needs.
* Provide support to UAT and SIT testers to clarify requirements and assess defects.
* Work with testers to ensure that test plans and scripts satisfy the requirements.
* Analyze existing capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
* Facilitate discussions and help resolve conflicts.

Required Qualifications
*
* Experience:

** A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, working closely with business partners to elicit requirements and document processes. At least 3 years of practical agile experience is required.
** Technical

Skills:

** Working knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA.
** Functional

Skills:

*** Proven analytical skills with experience converting business needs into epics and stories.
* Experience in refining business processes.
* Ability to work effectively with both technical and business team members.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Experience in a Product Owner capacity or working closely with a Product Owner to define business needs.
