Director Strategic Solutions

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Director Strategic Solutions to manage a team that bridges the gap between complex client business requirements and our technical product capabilities. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of bespoke solutions that drive long-term value for our enterprise clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, navigating cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Team Leadership: Direct and optimize team performance, track project milestones in real time, provide ongoing mentorship, and serve as the primary escalation point for executive leadership.
• Client Strategy & Consulting: Partner with enterprise sales teams to identify high-potential opportunities and develop tailored solution roadmaps.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements.
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and above client expectations.
• Solution Architecture: Design comprehensive business workflows and technical frameworks that solve complex organizational challenges.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to measure the success of implemented solutions and identify areas for optimization.
• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to position our offerings as the premier solution in the market.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in strategic consulting, solutions architecture, or enterprise account management. 3+ years of management experience.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical proficiency:
  Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Hub Spot), SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Communication:
  Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Problem Solving:
  Strong analytical mindset with a focus on creative and scalable solutioning.
