Systems And Network Engineer
As a Systems And Network Engineer within the Infrastructure Deployment And Production Service (IDP), you contribute to ensuring the availability, performance, security, and resilience of the information system infrastructure of the ANAH.
Your main duties are as follows:
1. Administer and maintain system infrastructures, networks, virtualization, and storage, ensuring their maintenance in operational and security conditions (MCO/MCS);
2. Ensure the availability and performance of infrastructures, by diagnosing and resolving incidents of level N2/N3 and contributing to the improvement of supervision and observability;
3. Contribute to the projects of evolution and transformation of infrastructures, from conception to deployment, in liaison with internal teams and providers;
4. Strengthen the security and resilience of infrastructures, particularly through the management of vulnerabilities, the hardening of systems, the management of obsolescence, and PRA/PCA devices;
Industrialize and document the operation, maintaining procedures, cartographies, and technical documents and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
Your main activities:
Administration and MCO/MCS
- Administer VMware environments, Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP;
- Administer HPE/Aruba network infrastructures: VLAN, routing, Wi-Fi, VPN;
- Administer SAN/NAS storage solutions and backup solutions;
- Participate in the administration and maintenance of security equipment, including Fortinet;
- Carry out maintenance, update, and evolution operations of infrastructures;
- Provide N2/N3 technical support and contribute to the diagnosis and resolution of complex incidents.
Supervision, performance, and observability
- Operate supervision and observability tools, including Dynatrace;
- Implement and improve infrastructure monitoring devices;
- Analyze availability, performance, and capacity metrics;
- Contribute to the definition of alert thresholds and proactive detection of incidents;
- Participate in post-incident technical analyses and identification of preventive actions.
Projects and infrastructure evolutions
- Participate in the framing and design of infrastructure evolutions;
- Contribute to the writing of architecture documents (HLD/LLD);
- Participate in deployments, migrations, technical recipes, and production;
- Contribute to projects of renewal, modernization, and optimization of infrastructures;
- Participate in the technical follow-up of providers and coordination of the different stakeholders.
Profile sought
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in the administration and operation of system and network infrastructures.
Experience in the public sector and in complex, highly secure environments subject to high availability and continuity of service requirements would be particularly appreciated.
Master's level or equivalent.
Technical scope
· Virtualization & Infrastructure: VMware, virtual machines, physical infrastructures, SAN/NAS storage.

Windows Server, Linux (Debian, Red Hat), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
· Network & Connectivity: HPE/Aruba, VLAN, routing, Wi-Fi, VPN.
· Security:
Fortinet, EDR, antivirus, bastion, WAF, vulnerability management.
· Observability:
Dynatrace, infrastructure supervision, monitoring, and performance analysis.
· Backup & Resilience:
Veeam, replication, PRA/PCA, high availability.
· Tools:
Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365.
· Frameworks: ITIL/ITSM, PSSI, ANSSI recommendations.
Minimum level of education required- Level Level 7 Master/equivalent degrees
Skills expected
Know-how
• Mastery of Windows Server and Linux environments;

• Good knowledge of SAN/NAS storage infrastructures and backup solutions;
