** What you’ll accomplish with us
** As a
** VSC Claims Adjuster**, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls from customers, repair facilities, and dealers.
* Initiate automotive claims, gather information, verify coverage, and document in the Toro database.
* Validate claims using parts and labor estimates, applying coverage rules and benefits (rental, towing).
* Utilize labor time guide applications (All data or Mitchell Pro Demand) to confirm estimates.
* Communicate repair procedures and contract terms clearly to customers.
* Provide claim summaries to Team Leads and Supervisors; escalate as needed.
* Perform callbacks, process mail, and support general administrative tasks related to claims.# #
