Your main missions:

• Assist account managers and dedicated teams in the management of international large accounts.
• Support account managers on all client management actions in collaboration with dedicated teams.
• Participate in meetings with clients, Marsh teams, and, if necessary, insurers.
• Understand client risks and collaborate with the dedicated team to identify or design effective solutions, while ensuring quality service.
• Monitor outstanding items and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure the issuance of contractual documents in coordination with relevant teams.
• Organize and prepare renewal strategies, reviews, and outlooks.
• Develop reports tailored to client needs (remuneration, premiums, claims).
• Participate in the formalization of Marsh commitments, including the preparation of service provision agreements.
• Lead and contribute to responses to tenders.
• Follow international issues and support international coordination teams.
• Lead, with account managers, internal meetings and participate in client meetings.
• Conduct press monitoring on client news.

Profile we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in insurance, economics (finance, management, risk management, etc.), law, political and social sciences, international relations, or equivalent.
• First experience in insurance brokerage or within insurance companies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational skills and project management.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
