Director of Domestic Franchise Sales (Restaurant Industry)
Compensation: $150,000–$180,000 + Bonus
About the OpportunityAn established and rapidly expanding U.S.
-based restaurant brand is seeking a Director of Domestic Franchise Sales to lead growth initiatives and drive franchise expansion across key markets throughout the United States.
This is a high-impact, revenue-driving leadership role responsible for scaling the brand’s domestic franchise footprint
. The ideal candidate is a proven franchise development leader with deep experience in the restaurant industry and a track record of successfully growing brands across multiple U.S. markets.
- Lead and execute the domestic franchise sales strategy for a U.S.
-based restaurant concept - Identify, qualify, and secure new franchise partners across targeted U.S. markets
- Own the full development lifecycle: sourcing, financial evaluation, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain relationships with multi-unit restaurant operators and franchise groups
- Partner with executive leadership to shape and execute U.S. expansion plans
- Represent the brand at domestic franchise events, trade shows, and industry conferences
- 7–10+ years of franchise development experience,
within the restaurant or hospitality industry - Proven track record of closing domestic franchise deals and multi-unit agreements
- Strong understanding of U.S. franchise models, territory planning, and market expansion strategies
- Experience working with multi-unit operators and regional franchise groups
- U.S.
-based executive with the ability to travel as needed - Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building, and deal‑closing skills
- High-growth, well‑positioned U.S. restaurant brand
- Significant earning potential ($150K–$180K + performance‑based bonus)
