We are recruiting a Corporate Controller for a high-growth company in the Richardson, TX area operating in the dealership and retail services industry. This is a senior accounting leadership role with broad scope and high visibility.
The Role- Lead and develop a 65-person accounting team across a corporate accounting group and a shared services function
- Own the monthly close and produce consolidated financial statements across 100+ entities
- Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with external advisors
- Support acquisition integration and due diligence accounting
- Partner with operations, FP&A, and executive leadership on financial strategy and KPI reporting
- CPA required
- 10+ years in accounting with 5+ years in a controller or senior accounting leadership role
- Experience with multi-entity consolidations under US GAAP
- Background managing large accounting teams
- Acquisition accounting experience, including purchase price allocation
- Dealership, retail, or franchise industry experience is a strong plus
