Purpose

Responsible for leading efforts to support the Retail, Franchise, and Business Service business units in strategic initiatives, budgeting and forecasting, and ad‑hoc value add analysis. This position will interface directly with retail and corporate executive management.

Lead planning, reporting, and alignment of financial goals for Retail, Franchise and Business Service business units.

Drive the budget, forecast and long‑range plan process for Franchise business unit.

Responsible for financial reporting including monthly reviews with retail corporate executive management.

Lead expense management by partnering with field and overhead leadership to manage expense line‑items.

Create dynamic models to automate and streamline forecasting.

Strategic partner to retail, franchise, and business services leadership. Align strategic initiatives to long‑range plans.

Provide support and guidance to retail, franchise, and business services to ensure standardization and consistency in projections, reporting, and processes.

Lead the development and ongoing refinement of a Retail Store Optimization process, including financial evaluation of new store openings, closures, relocations, and performance improvement initiatives.

Analyze and develop models to optimize Retail Sales compensation and provide regular reviews for FP&A and Retail management.

Conduct ongoing insurance carrier analysis to optimize commissions, present to executive leadership, build robust commission budgets and forecasts, and work with retail sales organization to ensure optimal carrier mix is achieved.

Oversee retail capital expenditure ROI analysis and approval and planning process.

Prepare reports and presentation material for Executive Leadership meetings.

Perform ad hoc projects for retail, franchise, and business services executives on an as‑needed basis.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.

5+ years of experience in planning, analysis and financial management.

Expert excel and financial modeling experience skills required.

Experience with One Stream and Tableau; experience with budgeting system implementation a plus.

Dynamic expertise with data, technology, systems and implementation.

Proven leadership ability, as well as strength in building internal partnerships.

Must be a team player and eager to put in extra effort.

Strong quantitative, analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication, critical‑thinking, and presentation skills; including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectively.

Well organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
