PROJECT MANAGER – BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION

Our client is seeking a highly organized, results-oriented Project Manager to lead complex business and technology initiatives across a growing organization.

This role is ideal for a project management professional with consulting experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving projects from concept through execution.

The successful candidate will have experience managing cross-functional projects, coordinating stakeholders across multiple departments, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This position requires a strong blend of project leadership, problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.

• Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate activities across business, operational, and technical teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
• Drive accountability and maintain focus on project objectives and deliverables.

• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support the implementation of new processes, systems, and business initiatives.
• Assist with workflow optimization and organizational change efforts.
• Help ensure successful adoption of new processes and technology.

• Establish and monitor project KPIs and success metrics.
• Utilize dashboards, reporting tools, and data analysis to measure project performance.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on performance data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts when priorities compete.
• Influence outcomes and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of project management, consulting, implementation, or transformation experience.
• Proven success managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience utilizing project management methodologies and reporting tools.
