PROJECT MANAGER – BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION
Our client is seeking a highly organized, results-oriented Project Manager to lead complex business and technology initiatives across a growing organization.
This role is ideal for a project management professional with consulting experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving projects from concept through execution.
The successful candidate will have experience managing cross-functional projects, coordinating stakeholders across multiple departments, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This position requires a strong blend of project leadership, problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through implementation.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate activities across business, operational, and technical teams.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
- Drive accountability and maintain focus on project objectives and deliverables.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Support the implementation of new processes, systems, and business initiatives.
- Assist with workflow optimization and organizational change efforts.
- Help ensure successful adoption of new processes and technology.
- Establish and monitor project KPIs and success metrics.
- Utilize dashboards, reporting tools, and data analysis to measure project performance.
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on performance data.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts when priorities compete.
- Influence outcomes and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of project management, consulting, implementation, or transformation experience.
- Proven success managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience utilizing project management methodologies and reporting tools.
