Responsibilities1. Manage and develop the team:
In agreement with its director, it builds an optimal organization, participates in the recruitment of the appropriate profiles, while proactively ensuring the development of the talent pool in its boutique. It pilots the performance monitoring of team members, is a force of proposal during salary reviews, and follows the payment of bonuses (quarterly, annual, high ticket sale, etc…). It is an actor in their development (during career committees, semi-annual interviews, development and training plans), motivates and strengthens their commitment.
It is responsible for the integration and training of newcomers.
Assures the daily management of the team, its training, coaching, and motivation.
Assures the daily management of the after-sales service team.
2. Drive the performance of the boutique
Thanks to an in-depth analysis of performance, a solid knowledge of the competitive environment, it assists the boutique director in the construction of a dynamic action plan, in order to achieve the objectives of the house and the boutique assigned to it.
Deploys and drives action plans
Assists the boutique director to improve and optimize the performance and profitability of the boutique, especially by ventilating monthly, daily and individually the objectives.
Assists the boutique director in driving performance indicators
3. Customer relations and network development
Assists the boutique director in order to ensure a unique and highly professional customer service within the boutique
Assists the boutique director in the deployment and driving of the return on investment in the context of CRM actions and programs
Acts as an ambassador of the house and supports the director in relations with VIPs
4. Boutique operations & administration
Is responsible for the administrative services of the boutique (cash and stock)
Ensures the realization of all boutique reports within the expected deadlines.
Supervises the expenses of the boutique
Deploys and applies the procedures, policies and recommendations of the group and the house
