The Design & Build teams of our Parisian agency consist of about 150 collaborators working on projects for tertiary, retail, industrial, and institutional spaces for renowned national and international clients - Groupama, Electrolux, BPCE/Natixis, BPRI, Orange, EDF, Engie, Total Energies, LVMH, Guerlain, Leroy Merlin, LCL, Stago, DHL, etc.

With its expertise, recognized know-how, and support from other business areas (architecture, engineering, consulting, and digital), the Design & Build teams regularly work on complex large-scale projects. The teams are involved in all project phases, from conception to completion in MOE and/or CG, and rely on the internalized skills of the Studio team (interior architects), Furniture (prescribers and distributors), and Construction Economics.

In the context of our strong development, we are looking for a Project Manager Moe / Cg (F/H) to work in Master of Works and General Contractor.

Directly reporting to the head of the department, your missions are as follows:

Participate in the projects of renovation or redevelopment carried out within the department

Intervene in the different phases of the project as an interface with the experienced project manager Moe-Cg or the project director, particularly on the following missions:

• Site surveys
• Site follow-up
• Participation in OPR and acceptance phases
• DOE formalization
• Closing of the operation

Profile:

H/F:
With a higher education degree Bac+5 (architecture school, engineering school) or equivalent, you have successful experience of more than one year in the tertiary sector.

You are comfortable with missions in master of works and general contracting.

You have excellent organizational skills, team leadership abilities, and good interpersonal skills.

Mastery of Office suite, MS Project, Archireport, GED

English is a plus.

Known for your ability to relate, you demonstrate rigor to successfully manage different projects.

Immediate CDI position in Paris (17th).
