Your missions:
- Engineering: you ensure the success of projects with our clients, particularly Fin Tech, with the main lever being the technical quality and scalability of our architectures
- Management: beyond managing tech leads and developer teams on projects for which you are responsible, you will carry the career management of 5 to 15 engineers in the long term
- AI: we are looking for an Engineer Manager who wants to explore and spread new ways of working with AI and agency, whether with our techs and our product teams

Profile sought:
Characteristics:
- 7-14 years of professional experience
- Confirmed experience in managing tech teams
- Experience in service (ESN or consulting)
Hard skills:
- Technological mastery: we do not expect the EM to code but we expect good mastery of the dominant stack of Fin Techs (Nest.js and/or React.js)
- Ability to design scalable architectures
- Strong interest in using Generative AI to design and develop digital products
Soft skills:
- Leadership and pedagogy to onboard teams and popularize with clients
- Ability to solve complex problems and bring transverse changes in an organization
- Business sense: you know how to dig into a business need to bring the best technical solution, without over-engineering

- Qualification call (30 min) with a talent acquisition manager
- Fit interview (1h) with a talent acquisition manager
- Technical analysis defect test (at home + 1h debrief) with Woody our CTO and your future manager
- Modeling interview (1h) with Matthieu de Canteloube, CTO of the public services practice
- Director interview (1h) with Frédéric Perrin, Partner and CEO of Theodo Fin Tech, in a duo with Xavier Marchal, VP Engineering Group
- Reference checks, notably with previous managers
