Lead Product Manager

In 2025, Theodo Group generates 100M€ of revenue. The Shoppers practice groups our retail and e-commerce clients: actors who transform the shopping experience of millions of users, both in stores and online. The Retail Tech practice brings together the product, tech, and design teams that support them daily on high-stakes business programs. It is a field in full structuring: we build the product community, we tool the staffing, we animate the collective rituals (all-hands, dojos), and we contribute to pre-sales to grow the portfolio.

Your future missions:

You lead complex product projects by carrying the product vision, orchestrating the delivery, and ensuring the creation of value for the client as well as for the teams.

• Define and carry the product strategy with the client: value modeling, product architecture, EPICs, trade-off arbitration, and technical-functional alignment.
• Ensure a successful delivery by coordinating several squads to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level.
• Create the conditions for team success by defining the right setup (Theodo teams or partners), negotiating the necessary means, and adapting the organization to the constraints of the project.
• Bring visibility and clarity through adapted governance devices to align all stakeholders.
• Depending on the team composition, you may be responsible for upskilling Product Managers by creating an environment conducive to their success, skill development, and projection with the client and/or Theodo.
• Ensure long-term client satisfaction by building a trusting relationship, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with Sales, Staffing, and People teams.

The problems and technologies are very different from one project to another, here are some examples:

• iDealwine®: a global leader in online wine auctions has committed to migrating its monolithic e-commerce site to a composable architecture to gain scalability, security, and technological mastery. After 2 months of framing, Theodo teams have led a design-to-cost approach to modularize the platform and migrate 20 years of history in 14 months, within budget and on schedule.
• Sevetys: complete redesign of a business web app with two strategic aspects: a booking tool for pet owners and a back-office dedicated to veterinarians. Two product teams have led the reconstruction of the platforms from end to end, joined at the end of the project by a data team to structure and value the data. Main challenge: a coordinated large-scale production launch, involving numerous veterinary clinics, without interruption of activity.

Your career prospects:

• Paths that open up to you later: become a Group PM and manage the Lead PMs of a large account, orient yourself towards a more commercial role on other large accounts:
  Key Account Manager, leverage your expertise in managing complex projects in a COO or CPO role.
