Contribute to the monitoring of the staffing plan of the perimeter in liaison with the producing and staffing teams, and prepare analysis elements to anticipate resource needs

Participate in annual evaluation and salary review campaigns, and support your HRBP in the follow-up of individual evolutions during the year

Facilitate the integration of new colleagues and contribute to the monitoring of social climate through adapted monitoring tools

Provide a first level of support to managers and colleagues on individual situations (RPS, conflicts, underperformance…), escalating complex cases to your HRBP

Participate in transformation projects at the studio and group level, and contribute to the structuring of the HR team

Support the identification of potential, succession plans, and the promotion of internal mobility and career progression

In direct contact with your HRBP and within a structured HR team, you seek to develop an operational and strategic vision of the profession: accompany managers in a production environment, understand the challenges of a video game studio, and contribute to building a high-performing and committed organization.

You recognize yourself in the following elements:

You are rigorous, organized, and comfortable with HR data analysis

You have good relationship and communication skills, and you know how to show listening and solution-oriented

You are able to handle confidential information with discernment and ethics

Knowledge of French labor law is an asset

Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is indispensable

An affinity for video games and the video game industry is a real plus
