Position:
Operations Manager "Grande Arche"

Directly integrated into the Operations team, you will be responsible for the operational management of our "Grande Arche" center located in La Défense.

Your objectives will be to ensure companies in the Grande Arche and all their teams an enjoyable workplace, guaranteeing a simplified daily experience in a friendly atmosphere around events and services offered!

In daily contact with the manager of the Grande Arche, as well as with all dedicated service providers and suppliers, you must demonstrate initiative and a strong sense of organization to ensure the proper follow-up of the service offer of this building.

Missions:

1/ Programming, Deployment, Piloting, and Reporting of a Service Offer within a Building

  • Construct and pilot the improvement of the programming of hospitality services within the building as well as the action plan (understanding user needs, satisfaction evaluation, identification of pain points, etc.) ;
  • Coordinate and effectively supervise the deployment of services, ensuring excellent operational execution;
  • Implement a commercial action plan for the sale of Meetings & Events spaces within the building;
  • Operationally supervise the success of the Meetings & Events offer, operated daily by a member of your team;
  • Coordinate our different on-site service providers to guarantee a harmonious and high-quality service provision to users;
  • Standardize services within the building to ensure a uniform and quality experience;
  • Ensure perfect follow-up of the use of services by users of the building;
  • Measure user satisfaction and implement corrective actions if necessary.

2/ Management of a Client Portfolio

  • Define and implement a client retention strategy;
  • Ensure regular points with users of the building to report to the manager;
  • Be a force of proposal on DESKEO offers and services to anticipate client needs;
  • Be proactive in communicating relevant information to your superiors or concerned services;
  • Be responsible for the impeccable maintenance of the common areas of the center;
  • Regularly follow up on Standard Operating Procedures and the respect of "Service Deskeo";
  • Upsells/Cross-sells:
    Additional sales for events within the year, M&E
