Operational Manager

The missions:

• Animate the operational performance of the boutiques through a strong presence on the ground: analyze performance indicators and identify improvement levers, ensure the implementation and follow-up of action plans, accompany the implementation of operational changes, ensure the homogeneity and conformity of practices.
• Encourage the development and upskilling of talents: pilot their professionalizations and propose regular coaching.
• Stimulate exchanges between teams and ensure the upward and proper dissemination of information communicated by the management and teams.
• Optimize the management of team schedules.
• You will take part in operational and cross-functional projects.
• Participate in numerous challenges and events specifically dedicated to operational managers.

During your professional journey, you have demonstrated strong skills in communication, facing the unexpected and you enjoy taking on challenges.

You have confirmed experience in management ideally in the retail sector.
