Your main missions:

As a Manager of commercial team – Middle Market Segment, you pilot and animate a team of commercial dedicated to medium-sized enterprises, with a dual objective of business performance and talent development.

In this role, your main missions will be the following:

  • Management & team animation Recruit, integrate, and upskill your sales team. Define individual and collective objectives, ensure regular follow-up via managerial rituals (one-to-one, team meetings, field coaching). Create a dynamic of performance and engagement within your team.
  • Commercial activity pilot Follow and analyze key indicators (pipeline, conversion rate, turnover, retention rate) and implement the necessary corrective actions. Ensure the reliability of sales forecasts and provide regular reporting to the commercial director.
  • Middle Market portfolio development Define and deploy the conquest and loyalty strategy on the Middle Market segment. Support your team on complex sales cycles, intervene in support on strategic accounts and high-stakes negotiations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine value propositions and improve the customer experience. Be the relay of field needs to internal directions.
  • Market trend & continuous improvement Follow the trends of the Middle Market market, analyze the competition, and identify growth opportunities. Contribute to the evolution of commercial tools, methods, and processes.

Your profile

You have confirmed experience in B2B sales, ideally on a Middle Market segment, and a successful first experience in commercial management. With true field leadership, you know how to rally a team around ambitious objectives as well as accompany each collaborator individually. Results-oriented, you are comfortable with management tools and the reading of performance indicators. Excellent communicator, you naturally make the link between the field and internal directions.
