Job Responsibilities:

• Piloting the implementation of investment strategies and actively contributing to the structuring of new products.
• Ensuring the monitoring of asset allocation, fund performance, as well as acquisition and disposal operations.
• Ensuring compliance with current regulations, fund prospectuses, and internal risk management policies.
• Supervising the structuring of funds, capital raising, and reporting to investors.
• Coordinating interactions with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure optimal governance of funds.
• Supervising and developing a team of fund and portfolio managers.
• Ensuring liaison with the support functions of the SLAM division: product and lifecycle management, marketing/sales, research, strategic monitoring, product risk management, and communication.
• Representing the company with internal and external stakeholders.

Division Responsibilities:

• Co-global process owner (GPO) portfolio management in collaboration with another Co-GPO based in Europe.
• Evaluating current fund management processes to identify areas for improvement in collaboration with the Head Real Estate Division and Country Directors.
• Defining and implementing new processes aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and consistency of practices within the division.
• Identifying and leading key actions to improve collective performance.
• Coordinating pan-European fund management teams based in Germany, Switzerland, and France.
