The Idex group and its Regional Directorate for Building Energy Infrastructures, with its two poles "Housing and Communities" and "Tertiary and Industry", are recruiting. Our mission: to accelerate decarbonization by valuing local and low-carbon energies. With 1,200 employees and 10 agencies, we operate 12,000 sites in Paris and the Île-de-France region. In the context of our development, we are looking for a Maintenance Operations Manager F/H whose main mission will be to lead the team of technicians at the OECD site that performs the operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of our client's installations in the 16th arrondissement of Paris.

By integrating the Team Idex, your missions and responsibilities will be as follows:

• Contractual and budgetary management of the client's exploitation portfolio, as well as relations with suppliers
• Team management: recruitment, integration, development of skills, etc.
• Effective communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company and site procedures, particularly in terms of safety

To maximize your chances of success at Idex, you must have:

• Experience of at least 7 years in the energy field
• Degree in thermal engineering, energy or equivalent
• Solid knowledge in resource management and HVAC and electrical maintenance
• Skills in team management, project management, and budget optimization
