* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 8 years of experience in program or project management.

+ 7 years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational resilience, or a related discipline within a global organization.

+ 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

+ 5 years of experience applying qualitative and quantitative risk assessment methodologies and global resilience strategies.

* + Relevant certifications such as PMP, CRISC, CISA, or similar.

+ Master's degree in a relevant field.

+ 10 years of experience managing or leading internal or external audit engagements.

Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools and platforms.

+ Experience overseeing New Product Integration (NPI) processes from a risk or compliance perspective and familiarity with data center operations, infrastructure, or related compliance standards.

+ Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in designing and implementing operational solutions for global compliance programs.
